Tourism Fernie, governed by a Board of Directors, is looking for a passionate and mature, tourism manager to oversee the activities and affairs of its Destination Marketing Organization.
The candidate will lead this organization in its mandate to promote and increase year round visitation to Fernie.
Requirements:
> ability to work with a variety of stakeholders and service providers
> tourism sales and marketing experience with a proven track record in revenue growth
> experience preparing and managing budgets
> ability to develop and implement a strategic business plan
> proven skills in internet marketing
> available for light travel
